The PG Propylene Glycol and VG Vegetable Glycerin liquid thats the Nicotine is mixed with in a e-cig, is the same as what you eat in cakes, dognuts, pancake syrup, poptarts, etc.. Its not the same stuff thats in anti-freeze. Its also in NyQuil and allot of sweet drinks.

Ebay needs to use their Brain and do the research on E-Cigs. Tobacco produces are illegal to advertize on TV but E-Cigs are not.

Batteries, tips, and atomizers don't have any nicotine in them, nor do 0-nic e juices. Poster has an excellent point - nicotine patches and gum ALL have nicotine in them but are allowed. What's the diff? Common sense -- patches and gum don't compete with RJR, etc. I got a warning that if I did it in the future I would get my account suspended. It's also illegal in most states. I want to say more than Selling tobacco without a license is not a fun conversation to have. I am pretty sure buying tobacco illegally on eBay breaks those rules. The Mastercard rules are why a lot of legitimate online pipe tobacco vendors prefer Visa -- it's just easier on them. Mastercard was in previous years criticized for predatory practices.
